Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within the United States.

Is shipping free?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the USA. No minimum purchase required.

What currency are prices shown in?
All prices on our website are displayed and charged in USD (United States Dollars).

How long does processing and delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–10 business days.

Most customers receive their orders sooner than the maximum estimate, but during high-demand periods, delivery may take up to 17 business days.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be changed or canceled before processing begins.
Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

What if my order shows “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it?
Once tracking shows an order as delivered, it is considered complete.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. We recommend checking with household members or contacting your local carrier.

Do you accept returns or refunds?
We do not offer returns or refunds.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we offer a replacement only.

How do I request a replacement for a damaged item?
You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos showing the issue.
Requests submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted.

Are slight color or size variations considered defects?
No. Minor variations in color, texture, or measurements are normal and are not considered defects.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Do you offer express shipping?
